A 402 error is showing up : what happened ?
Below are the different status code info that you can get from our API and their meaning :

"INVALID_CREDS" : Credentials are invalid.

"WRONG_ID" : User ID is invalid .

"WRONG_ID_FORMAT" : User ID format is not correct.

"WRONG_PWD" : Password is invalid.

"WRONG_PWD_FORMAT" : Password format is not correct.

"ACCOUNT_TEMPORARILY_BLOCKED" : Due to several unsuccessful login attempts, the bank has temporarily blocked the user access.

"ACCOUNT_BLOCKED / ACCOUNT_BLOCKED_CONTACT_BANK" : Due to several unsuccessful login attempts, the bank has blocked the user access.
Action to perform before submitting a support request
- Invite the customer to connect to its bank website to make sure credentials are working.
- Make sure the customer is choosing the right connector depending on its bank access : our posts will help you to do so.
- Invite the customer to update its credentials on bridge (a specific endpoint is available to do so : edit an item)
- If it is not working, you can submit a support request.
