A 1007 or 1009 status is showing up : what happened ?
Below are the different status code info that you can get from our API and their meaning :
- 1009 : Account balance has changed but no new transactions were found. This may happen with stock, life insurance accounts, ...
Action to perform :
- 1009 : If some transactions are missing or duplicated, have a look on our dedicated post.
- In any case, you can submit a support request.
