A 429 error is showing up : what happened ?
Below are the different status code info that you can get from our API and their meaning :

"TOS_TO_VALIDATE / CONTRACT_TO_SIGN" : Terms of service to validate on bank website.

"INACTIVE_CREDS / INACTIVE_CREDS_CONTACT_BANK" : Access have been deactivated by the bank (account close, ...).

"ACCOUNT_TO_ACTIVATE / ACCOUNT_TO_REACTIVATE" : User has to log in on its bank website for the first time.

"PHONE_NB_TO_SET / PHONE_NB_TO_CONFIRM" : User phone number needs to be set or confirmed on bank website.

"INFORMATION_TO_REVIEW" / "SMTH_TO_VALIDATE" : an action is required on the bank website.
- "OTP_REQUIRED_BANK : A Strong Customer Authentication is required on the bank website.

"OTP_REGISTRATION_TO_DO" : User has to connect to bank to perform OTP registration.

"PERSO_DATA_TO_CONFIRM" : User is required to update or validate its personal data on its bank website.

"FORM_TO_FILL : User has to fill a form on its bank website.

"NO_ONLINE_ACCESS" / CANNOT_ACCESS_SERVICES / NO_ACCESS_CONTACT_BANK / EXPIRED_ID_CONTACT_BANK" : User does not have access to the bank service.

"CREDS_UPDATE_MESSAGE" : User has to update its credentials on its bank website.

"UNLOCK_OTP_IN_APP / UNLOCK_OTP_IN_WEB" : User has to unlock SCA OTP through its bank interface (mobile app or web).

"CONTACT_BANK" : User has to contact its bank adviser.

"PWD_RENEWAL" : User has to renew its password on the bank website.
Action to perform before submitting a support request

- Invite the customer to go on its bank website in order to perform the requested action.
- Otherwise, invite the customer to contact its bank adviser.
- If it is not working, you can submit a support request.
