Here are the steps to sync Shine accounts :

What do I need to connect :

• User ID : Your id which is starting by your country code ("+33") then the phone number without the first "0" ; for example, the "01 12 34 56 78" number becomes "+33112345678".
• Password: 4-digits with numbers only.
• Strong Customer Authentication method : 6-digits OTP code received by text message.
